Salisbury's Alabama Baby Cup in pewter is inspired by a presentation cup created by William and John L'Hammedieu of Mobile circa 1846. The modified pear shape of the Alabama Baby Cup seems typical of the work of several Alabama artisans and was used as a basic design element for vessels such as beakers, and tea and coffee pots.
We rotary engrave these using a diamond cutter and complex fill patterns to cut into the metal. This can become an heirloom.
