The full color is provided by the sublimation system that embeds dyes into a coating on the material. It is permanent (cannot be picked off) and will not fade.

Rule of thumb - if the pin will be worn primarily at trade shows or other locations away from your business the business name is of primary importance. For pins worn inside a company location the name should predominate.
