Eagle Landing on Base with Flag

Eagles coming in to land have long been awards for leadership. Here we have an eagle coming in to land holding an American flag on a black base. This can be used as individual recognition, or as a perpetual award to be added to regularly. The eagle is 12" and the base is 4" tall by 5.5" wide.
