Custom Perpetual Plaque with Headers

Perpetual plaques serve several functions in that they honor a current awardee (who is often presented with an individual award as well) and they hold the history of the prize. In this case the award sponsor wanted things a bit more interesting than a standard plaque. We believe it does stand out. The walnut board is 16" x 20" and the top header is green marble brass - being for the University of Vermont Medical Center green is golden!

Since we laid the plates out in house, we were able to reinforce the three sections of the awards better than if we'd just adjusted a stock plaque from one of our suppliers.
