Big Changes!

After 18+ years, our Store Manager, Karen Green, retired in May. Any customer who worked with her knew her warmth, friendliness and commitment to getting them the best product we could produce. She was the heart of Vermont Awards and Engraving and we all miss her!

Thankfully, my daughter, Jessie Swétel, who left the company for other challenges 3 years ago, decided she does want to be a next generation owner and has come back as General Manager. She’s knew how to do all our processes when she left and she returns with more experience and maturity.

Having the General Manager know production as well as sales will be a great benefit, I feel sure.

We are still looking for full time sales and part time production help, so keep your eyes open!
